3D Visualizer / CGI Renderer / Animation

Based from our award winning MENA regional office in Dubai, we are currently hiring a creative visualizer/animator who will work closely with the architecture team to brainstorm and create high quality visuals and video content that reflect conceptual design intent.

Your role will include:

• Creating and delivering high quality architectural visuals
• Creating motion graphics for various media and design
• Working with architectural creative team to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for marketing purpose
• Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics

Key Responsibilities 

• Ability to understand and handle Architectural CAD Drawings.
• Capable of modelling projects from minimum sketches and other visuals, supervision, and coordinating independently with Design Team when required.
• Work on Architectural 3D Modelling, Unwrapping, Texturing, Lighting, Camera Animation,

Rendering on Visuals, and Walk-through projects.

• To create high-quality photo-realistic Exterior, Interior, Landscape Visuals and Animation.

Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible

• Supporting design teams to produce high-quality atmospheric visualisations for presentations
• Visualising building concepts in various graphic mediums
• Working with industry-standard design tools and programs and keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances
• Rendering in Lumion Pro and/or 3D StudioMax and post-production in Photoshop

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities 

• 8 Yrs proven post qualification experience in the GCC market producing high-quality Architectural / Interior still images and animations
• Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from Architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Proficiency in Lumion Pro and/or 3D StudioMax, Photoshop and VRay/Corona etc.
• Knowledge of Revit / Enscape / 3D Microstation etc
• The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models and concepts
• The ability to achieve high-quality outputs in a variety of media
• Strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations
• A keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative.

CBRNE

We are currently seeking experienced Senior Team members to join our award-winning MENA Studio in Dubai. Our ideal candidates will be highly motivated, and well organized, who are experienced in the design and delivery of complex, challenging projects including those with specific focus on CBRNE, Critical Infrastructure and Hardened Structures within the security, defence, and nuclear industries.

Candidates will exhibit excellent communication skills, leadership, and professionalism, enjoy working collaboratively, and must be reliable, trustworthy, and accountable for deadlines and quality of work.

You will be operating at a senior level and have a proven track record of project delivery from concept to completion, with a working knowledge of International Building Codes, guidelines, specifications, and best practices pertaining to project design and delivery of CBRNE solutions.

Project Director

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Project Director (Minimum of 10 years post RIBA part 3 qualification or equivalent), to join our award-winning MENA design Studio in Dubai. Our ideal candidate needs to be highly motivated and well organised, who is experienced in the design and delivery of sustainable, complex, challenging, and innovative projects.

Responsible for managing and directing multi-disciplinary design teams

Driving excellence in health and safety, ensuring that risks are minimized in the design process

Ensure required quality checking/approval procedures are carried out

Rigorously challenge the teams to drive efficiency and standards in design

Report to Company Directors on a regular basis regarding progress, design, quality, resources, changes, planning issues, site issues etc.

Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of their own work and the work of their team,

Ensuring compliance with all local and international standards and drive sustainable design solutions creatively, along with being responsible for the design quality, project planning and programming of deliverables, coordination and checking of all designs, drawings and documents released, and oversee production of construction documentation and contract administration.
